Autograph Requests

If you would like to receive an autographed photo of Adam please send a pre-paid postage envelope for a 5 x 7 photo with your return address and contact information to one of the following addresses.

Charitable Requests

If you have a charitable request please send a one page letter providing information about your charity event and/or auction, to one of the addresses below. Please also include an appropriately sized pre-paid postage envelope and your contact information. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for a return reply.

All Australian requests should be addressed to the Australian office and all other requests should be addressed to the USA office.
